Lee Flaherty

My name is Lee Flaherty. My husband, Tim, and I live in Livonia and have been members of St. Priscilla parish for about nine years. During that time, I have served two terms on the Parish Council and am currently the chairperson of the Council. I have been a lector and an extraordinary minister of the Eucharist for several years, and an adult volunteer with our Youth Group since last fall. I have also helped put on several of the Christ Renews His Parish weekends, and I volunteer in a number of small ways from time to time.

Outside of the parish, I’m a long-time member of the Christian Legal Society and the Farmington/Farmington Hills Optimist Club, and I currently serve on the Boards of Directors of both these organizations. I also do occasional volunteer work for the AAA Crisis Pregnancy Center in Livonia. My favorite things to do in my free time are gardening, reading and relaxing on our patio.

Over the years, I’ve come to cherish my parish family at St. Priscilla. I feel very fortunate to have been a part of so many good things going on in our parish, but one of the things I love most is being with the teens. Thank you, parents, for sharing them with me!
